Escuelar performs Aztec dance, a traditional form of Mexican dance dedicated to the worship of the Virgin Mary of Guadelupe, as performed for centuries and continuing to this day.  Santos Guttiera heads a troupe of dancers age 10 and up, including members of the local Ballet Folklorico.
